HOW DOES OUR CO-OP WORK?
Any family wishing to participate in the
co-op should plan at least one activity (field trip,
educational class, fun day, etc). A listing of available
activities will be compiled and emailed to all participating
families. Each family can then choose as many of the
activities as they wish to participate in. (an activity can be
offered first on the co-op then opened to the general group
membership if the activity planner would like to do so)
WHEN IS THE CO-OP?
This session will go from February 1 -
March 31. Please plan all activities between those dates.
WHAT SORT OF ACTIVITIES?
It's all up to you! Any activity
is welcome. Please do plan to facilitate and attend the
activity you plan. Some ideas are a field trip, holiday craft,
art class, foreign language class, cooking class, cultural class,
sports/ outdoor activity, book study.....anything you can think of!
HOW TO GET YOUR ACTIVITY INCLUDED?
Below is a form to fill out with the
details of your activity. Besides contact information, please
be sure to include a brief description of your activity, date, time,
location, any costs involved (including any cost for supplies that
you will need to purchase and request reimbursement for), ages that
activity is open to, availability for siblings to stay at activity,
and any limitations on the number of attendants for your activity.
Please be certain to include all details at the
time of posting your activity.
